Queensway is in the process of an ambitious re-imagining with unprecedented investment being made to the whole length of the street of up to £3bn.

It’s not just the £3bn of privately funded investment that makes the transformation of Queensway exciting but how it’s being delivered. By teaming up with the other landowners, The Whiteley established the Queensway Steering Group. This group controls 70% of the street, which is rare outside ‘The Great Estates’, giving rise to the opportunity for collaborative, creative, proactive and impactful change for the area.

Each owner is delivering their own redevelopments, refurbishments and public realm works in London with a cohesive approach with one aim in mind: the transformation of Queensway to better its residents and neighbours.
