Nela was conceptualised by leading chefs Hari Shetty and Ori Geller, and founded in partnership with British entrepreneur, Gilad Hayeem, in 2021.
Nela means ‘pure’. Pure from the gastronomy to the carefully hand-crafted space and materials to the connection between people, culture, and traditions.
The menu reflects honest, seasonal ingredients that come to life through fire and modern cooking techniques.
